Appeal against being failed on a module in a Midlands University

Thanks for your help with my appeal. The Pro-Vice Chancellor´s office has sent me an email telling me that my appeal has been upheld. I phoned them to check and it does mean that they won´t be putting me back a year or kicking me out of uni altogether. By the way, they told me hardly anybody ever wins an appeal. I don´t think they like admitting that they get things wrong sometimes. Thank you for pointing out where they had made mistakes and for helping me get the extra help. I´m getting a grant, individual tuition and a laptop! My mum and dad are over the moon. They were so upset when I told them all about it to begin with but now they are really grateful to you for doing so much to help.
